Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Microsoft Exchange Server 2000/2003 5.5

Beginning from the version 5.0.1152 Kaspersky Administration Kit allows remote management of Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.5 for MS Exchange Server 2000/2003 (the version 5.5 MP1 only – build 5.5.1185.0). But remote managing of Kaspersky Anti-Virus as well as its embedding in the logical network of the product and further managing has some peculiarities. Kaspersky Anti-Virus on Exchange-server(s) or an array of servers is installed manually using the product distributive. Kaspersky Administration Kit does not allow install/uninstall this application remotely.
Irrespective of the number of the Exchange-servers in the net, whether they create an array or not, all the applications Kaspersky Anti-Virus for MS Exchange Server 2000/2003 installed should be connected to the Administration Server. To do it, install Administration Agent of the version 5.0.1152 (or above) on each Exchange-server and add each machine (each cluster node) to the logical net as Clients.
